New pictures after one year?

I have profesional pictures, but they are around 1 year old, and i look pretty different now. should i still send them in, or take new ones myself? p.s.-i am 17 years old.

Let's be clear about one thing, clients book models from their pictures. If the model shows up looking different from their pictures standby for big trouble! Definately take new pictures.
